Payroll Reports
Standard Reports
More than 40 standard reports in multiple variations, unlimited custom reports and 65 human resources reports. We keep you well informed. Here is a sampling of our most popular reports. To view a report, click on the report icon below.

Check Register - The check register (payroll register) details, by employee, the current period, MTD, QTD and YTD payroll data. It also works a "mini" employee master file, showing pertinent personnel data including employee address, filing status, last pay change, hire date, employee number and home department.

Labor Distribution Report - Complete Payroll offers a robust labor distribution system to its clients at no additional charge. The labor distribution report is a quick outline of total payroll cost (gross wages + employer taxes) for each department, location or job, as well as a company total. Employee wages, employee hours and employer taxes are distributed to the applicable unit worked for MTD, QTD, YTD, and current pay periods.

Workers Compensation Report - The Worker's Compensation report can be run to a range of dates, making audit and premium payments painless. Complete Payroll takes into consideration subject wages, exempt wages, overtime premiums, W/C rates, and your experience modification to compute your actual liability.
Issued Check Report - Simplify your bank reconciliation process with a single-line entry of all checks and debit transactions on your payroll account.
Pay Type Summaries - Let Complete Payroll set up automatic summary reports that detail a specific pay or deduction type by employee. These reports are useful tools for data collection on health insurance and uniform deductions, commissions paid, or whatever you need to track. Historical data by month, quarter and year, as well as for the current pay period, are included.

Journal Entry Report - Complete Payroll simplifies the process of posting your payroll to your financial records. The Journal Entry Report uses your company's chart of account numbers and descriptions to generate a paper report or an export file for your accounting software.

Employee Earnings Record - The Employee Earnings Record provides check numbers, wages, deductions and hours worked by pay period, and can be run for any range of dates. You can request this report from your payroll specialist, or log onto your payroll account and download the report on your own.
