Helps reduce the headache of fraudulent paychecks clearing your bank account for payment by providing your bank with an electronic file containing all of your company's paychecks. When a payroll check is presented to your bank for cash, the bank checks your company's electronic file to be sure the check is geniune prior to releasing the funds.

Tip Credit/Allocation Reports
$35.00 per report (annual report)
The Tip Credit Report breaks out employer contributions to Social Security for tipped wages that an employer can take as a business tax credit (FICA Income Tax Credit program). The Tip Allocation Report allocates, by reporting period (at least once per year), a tip amount to employees when the total amount of reported tips is less than 8% (or your restaurant's defined tip rate) of the gross receipts of the establishment.

Delivery
Rates vary based on requested courier and delivery timing and includes the delivery of standard payroll reports, employee paychecks and employee deposit pay stubs. Via the Internet, Employee Self Service (ESS) technology provides you with electronic tools that can help you streamline administrative tasks and save time. Plus, this gives your employees access to their payroll and personnel data. As an Intuit Payroll Services client, ESS is available to you at no additional cost, regardless of how you input payroll.
